History
McAuley McCarthy opened its doors over 40 years ago. We are a law practice and an Estate Agency. We are extremely proud to have served our clients and wider community for over 4 decades. During this time we have provided expert advice to our clients ranging from the purchase of their first home to executry services when they need them most. Our office is at Merlin House where we provide a broad range of services to our clients. We also pride ourselves in bringing on new talent by providing an environment of growth and learning for new solicitors taking their first steps on the legal ladder. This home grown talent is now some of Scotland’s best and brightest in their chosen field.
Our solicitors are members of The Law Society of Scotland and are also registered to provide Legal Aid by the Scottish Legal Aid Board. As solicitors, our work is fully guaranteed by the Law Society of Scotland Professional Indemnity Insurance and Guarantee Fund.
